*Position Summary*

This position is responsible for performing advanced maintenance functions, procedures, activities and responsibilities associated with working on natural gas compression packages independently. Duties include leading and training other junior level technicians with servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of natural gas fired engines, electric driven compressor packages and all process equipment that our Client manufactures. The purpose of the *Senior Field Service Technician*is is to perform advanced maintenance and new equipment installation.

* Experience in plant process knowledge in the following: Glycol Dehydration Packages, Refrigeration Packages, Amine Sweetening Facilities, Separator Packages, Fractionation Plants, and Shell and Tube type heat Exchangers.
* Possess knowledge and ability to perform mechanical inspection using micrometers, pressure gauges, electronic diagnostic equipment and other specialty tools independently.
* Must recognize and comply with Health, Safety and Environmental rules and policies that are applicable to each location.
* Other duties assigned by manager.
* All duties and responsibilities could include a large amount of domestic and international travel.

QA/QC Manager required for our Client's ASME Section VIII, B31.3 & CWB certified fabrication facility. This position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the corporate quality control systems and NDE programs. Also responsible to ensure that all finished products meets internal quality control standards, applicable codes and customer specifications.

This position is responsible for any and all matters relating to the day to day hands on operation of the Quality Control and NDE Departments. Manage and train quality control inspectors to be compliant with all applicable codes including internal and customer specifications. Act as a liaison with ABSA, or judicial bodies and client inspectors as well as a liaison between the QC Inspectors, NDE department and management. Maintain control over third party laboratory testing, coupons, work orders, results and reports. Maintain and update in house welding procedures for ASME and CWB. Communicate daily with department heads to ensure effective day to day operations, ensure all drawings and quality control documents are approved prior to issue to the floor.

Manage and train administrative/document control personnel in the development and control of fabrication documents and client data books. Responsible to identify issues and participate in continuous improvements efforts.

  • Complete, entire oil and gas processing equipment package estimates that include but are not limited to:
  • Estimates for package components including pressure vessels, piping including associated instrumentation and controls, structural steel, and assembly estimates.
  • Review customer specifications and applicable codes.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the full execution of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and on budget, and that the customer is fully satisfied with the results. Your challenges:
You are responsible for the leadership of the daily maintenance activities for the business unit assigned which includes OSB, lumber, or power. You will also provide guidance and expertise to the Site Maintenance team in the development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure that overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) meets or exceeds established maintenance targets.
 
Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, organize shutdowns and other major tasks;
